Agriculture Perspectives Service
The Agriculture Perspectives Service is designed as an introductory service to the numerous types of information provided by Global Insight's Agriculture Group. This service includes access to the weekly historical price graphs and data posted to the Global Insight Web site, as well as weekly Agriculture Perspectives pieces (timely commentary including insight into the latest industry developments and trends) that are published on a rotational basis. The commodity topic schedule is set so that corn, cattle, and cotton are covered in the first week of the month; followed by soybeans, hogs, and U.S. farm income in the second week; wheat, broilers, and biofuels in the third week; and concluding with fertilizer, dairy, and wheat in the fourth week. We also include ad-hoc pieces designed to comment on specific USDA report releases and emerging issues in agriculture. The service also includes quarterly Webcasts and access to the economists in the Agriculture group for questions.
